To return or exchange your item please follow the instructions included with your delivery.
Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 10 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
Delivery Times & Rates.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail for £9.99 signed for.
* Priority Mail orders placed by 2pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, and are priced slightly differently at £9.99 plus 5% of order total for instance and priority delivery.

General Care of your items.
Over time, Dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and the metal. The surface of platinum, yellow, gold and white, gold and silver can become dulled and scratched. Daily worn jewellery’s settings and clasps can result in the loss or damage of a stone.
* Earring butterflies should be checked daily as they do tend to become weaker with daily wear, this being the biggest cause of earring loss, so if they feel too easy have them checked.
* We advise professional cleanings as often as once a year. At Bick’s we encourage you to bring your jewellery back to us for refurbishment and servicing.
